职位描述

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the high availability of production system and keep improving existing infrastructure.
- Overseeing the development team and managing the full life cycle of the development process, ensures that all development practices are in compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with the executive team to assess and recommend technologies to support company organizational needs.

Qualifications:
- Must be enthusiastic, performance-driven , self-starter and team player.
- Must be extremely hands-on with excellent troubleshooting skill.
- 8+ years experience of building large scale web applications, with deep understanding of all technologies to build scalable web and mobile cross-platform product, including LAMP, JavaScript, HTML5, SQL and NoSQL, iOS and Android. 
- Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to use cutting edge technology.
- Strong expertise with Linux/Unix system and network protocols.
- Previous start-up experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with cloud and big data infrastructure a plus.
